Bearstones' Crystal Aromatherapy Rollers combine essential oils with sweet almond oil and are matched with individually cleansed crystals. Sold individually or as a set of three.

Release

Crystals: Rose Quartz & Rhodonite
Scent blend: Bergamot & Rose

Rhodonite is known to help reduce anxiety and manage feelings of panic. This works in perfect combination with Rose Quartz, the universal stone of love, especially known for amplifying self-love.

Bearstones' Release roller blends Rose, known to help balance hormones, reduce stress and treat anxiety and Bergamot, also known to help reduce anxiety, stress and inflammation.

Boost

Crystals: Citrine & Carnelian
Scent blend: Peppermint & Lemon

Carnelian, which boosts internal stamina and is known to make you feel more energetic, alongside Citrine, known to strengthen self esteem and introduces a positive high energy flow to the wearer.

Citrus fruits are thought to uplift and lemon oil in particular is known to enhance a positive mood. Peppermint oil is used to prevent fatigue and improve overall performance.

Calm

Crystal: Amethyst & Obsidian
Scent blend: Lavender & Cedarwood

Amethyst is the go to crystal when looking for something to help you relax. It is known to help balance your energy field and bring deeper, calmer sleep. This is complimented by Obsidian, a highly protective stone that helps ground and protect energy.

Lavender is known to improve sleep quality and increase the time spent in deep sleep, as well as relieve restlessness and negative emotions. Cedarwood is thought to be good for detoxifying and clearing negative emotions: inhaling cedarwood triggers the release of serotonin in the brain, which converts to melatonin - the hormone that supports the sleep-awake function.

How to use:

Apply generously, shaking gently before use, rolling on in a circular motion to your temples, wrist, back, chest, stomach and behind the ears :). Take a minute to breathe in and out when applying, this will help focus your thoughts as well as help you get the most out of the blend. Reapply throughout the day whenever you feel you need :)
