We also use Amethyst alongside Obsidian to create our Calm aromatherapy pulse point roller. Amethyst is the go to crystal when looking for something to help you relax. It is known to help balance your energy field and bring deeper, calmer sleep. This is complimented by Obsidian, a highly protective stone that helps ground and protect energy.

Lavender is known to improve sleep quality and increase the time spent in deep sleep, as well as relieve restlessness and negative emotions.
